Arthur Lindegren

John Arthur Lindegren was an American competition swimmer. He competed for the United States at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany. He swam in the men's 100-meter freestyle event. In the final race, Lindegren finished in seventh place with a time of 59.9 seconds. His participation in this famous competition shows how talented he was as a swimmer at that time.
