Overview
Dayton Outpatient Center Stadium, often called DOC Stadium, is a place where people can watch soccer games. It has seats for 3,500 people and is in West Carrollton, Ohio, at West Carrollton High School. The field has artificial turf instead of real grass, so games can be played in any weather.
History
The stadium was made possible by a team effort. The Dayton Dutch Lions, the West Carrollton City Schools, and Dr. Suresh Gupta from the Dayton Outpatient Center worked together. They added a new playing surface and renamed the stadium to thank the Dayton Outpatient Center for its help.
Building started on March 10, 2014, and finished a few months later. The official opening was on May 10, 2014. The first big game was between the Dayton Dutch Lions and the LA Galaxy II in a United Soccer League match. The game ended in a tie, 1โ1. That day, a record number of fans, 1,527 people, came to watch.
