Lennart Eriksson (wrestler)
Knut Olof Lennart Eriksson (4 February 1939 – 1 September 2017) was a Swedish wrestler. He was good at both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling.
In 1969, Eriksson competed at the World Championships. He finished fourth in the unlimited-weight freestyle event and won a bronze medal in the under 100 kg Greco-Roman contest.
Eriksson also wrestled in the 1964 Summer Olympics in the light-heavyweight freestyle event. He was eliminated in the second round, but he faced strong competition, including the winner, Aleksandr Medved. His hard work made him an important figure in Swedish sports history.
