10 Hudson Yards, also called the South Tower, is an office building finished in 2016 on Manhattan’s West Side. It sits close to Hell’s Kitchen, Chelsea, and Penn Station. This building is part of the big Hudson Yards project, which aims to bring new development to the area near the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s West Side Yard. Coach New York is the main company that works out of this building. When people were first making plans for it, they called the tower “Tower C.”
