Elliot Hospital is an important hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. It began as a charitable trust in 1880 and opened its doors on April 17, 1890, becoming the first community general hospital in New Hampshire. Today, it has 296 beds and serves as a regional trauma center for the city and nearby areas.

The hospital also has a special unit for caring for very tiny babies, the only Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in southern New Hampshire. In 2010, Elliot opened a new location called Elliot at River’s Edge, offering urgent care and many medical services.

Elliot Health System includes many different care centers, such as clinics, surgery centers, and special care facilities. In 2018, Elliot joined with Southern New Hampshire Health System to form a larger health system called SolutioNHealth. The hospital is located in northern New England, about 20 miles from the Massachusetts border and 58 miles from Boston.
