Vittoria Panizzon is an Italian equestrian and has competed in the Olympics three times. She has ridden for Italy at many levels, from Pony to Senior, and has been part of the national team since 2005.

She took part in the Individual eventing at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She also competed in both individual and team events at the 2008 Olympics.

In 2025, a four-year suspension she received was overturned by a special sports court. The year before, she missed the 2024 Olympics because she was suspended for not following rules about being available for tests. However, it was later decided that this was not her fault, and her suspension was removed.
