Cancer (♋︎)

Cancer is the fourth sign of the zodiac. People born between June 22 and July 23 are often called "Cancerians." It is linked to the water element, just like Scorpio and Pisces. The Moon is the special ruling planet for Cancer.

In old stories, Cancer was shown as many different animals. In Egypt, people saw it as a scarab beetle. In Mesopotamia, it looked like a turtle. In Greece, it was a crab that was placed in the sky.

During the Middle Ages, artists often drew Cancer as a crab. It appeared in paintings, books, and big statues. Many famous writers and artists have used Cancer in their work, making it a special and remembered sign.
