Marseille

Marseille is a beautiful city in southern France, right by the Mediterranean Sea. It is the second-largest city in France and has a very long history. People have lived there for over 2,600 years!

The city is famous for its busy port, where ships come and go all the time. One special spot is the Old Port, where people have made soap for more than 600 years. A beautiful church called Notre-Dame de la Garde watches over the port. It is a symbol of Marseille and has amazing views of the city.

Marseille is a place where many different cultures meet. People from all over the world live there, bringing their foods, languages, and traditions. You can enjoy tasty foods like bouillabaisse, a special fish soup, and Navette de Marseille cookies.

The city has many fun things to see and do. You can visit museums, watch football games, or explore beautiful parks. Marseille is also known for its sunny weather and warm climate, making it a great place to visit any time of year.

Marseille has many friendly people and lots of interesting places to discover!
