Moisture

Adapted from Wikipedia · Explorer experience

A beautiful spider web covered in morning dew.

Moisture is all around us! It is the tiny bits of water that you can’t always see. The air we breathe has moisture in it, which we call humidity.

You can also find moisture on things like spider webs early in the morning. That shiny water is called dew.

Moisture is in the food we eat and even in some products we use every day. For example, washing powders have just a little bit of water in them.

Knowing about moisture helps us understand weather, stay healthy, and make sure our food and products stay just right.
