Primary School
A primary school is a special place where children go to learn when they are very young, usually between 4 and 11 years old. It is the first big step in their school journey, after preschool and before they move on to secondary schooling.
Primary schools help children learn important skills like reading, writing, and counting. They also teach many other fun subjects that help children understand the world around them.
In many places, primary schools are called elementary schools. For example, in the United States, they often use the words “grade school” or “elementary school.” In the United Kingdom, they are called primary schools.
Children in primary school usually start with simple lessons and games. They learn together in classrooms filled with colorful pictures and fun tools to help them understand new ideas. Teachers guide them gently, making sure every child feels happy and ready to learn.
Primary education is the first stage of learning for children all around the world. It is usually free, but some schools might ask for a small amount of money. No matter where they are, primary schools aim to give every child a strong start for their future learning.
