The University of Pisa is a very old school in the pretty city of Pisa, in Italy. It started a long time ago, in 1343, and has been a place where people learn and discover new things ever since.

Many smart people have studied or taught at the University of Pisa. One of the most famous is Galileo Galilei, who was born in Pisa. He made big discoveries in science! The university also has teachers and students who have done important work in math, physics, and many other subjects.

Today, the University of Pisa has many different places to study, like Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. Students from all over the world come here to learn. The university is part of a special group called the Pisa University System, which helps share ideas and learning with other schools.

The University of Pisa is known around the world for being really good at teaching and doing research. It is one of the oldest universities in Europe and has many beautiful buildings in the center of Pisa.
