One part is California State Route 15. This road starts southeast of downtown San Diego where it meets Interstate 5, and it also connects to Interstate 8 in San Diego.

Another part is Interstate 15. This stretch of road runs from Interstate 8 in San Diego all the way to Interstate 215 in Murrieta.

The last part is Interstate 215. This section begins at Interstate 15 in Murrieta and ends at California State Route 60 east of Riverside. These roads work together to make travel easier for many people living in the area.
