The main office of BBC East is in a cool building called The Forum, in the city of Norwich. They moved there in 2003. BBC East makes television, radio, and online shows for the people who live in these areas.

One of the most popular shows is BBC Look East. You can watch it on BBC One. It tells the latest news for the East part of England. There are also radio stations like BBC Radio Norfolk, BBC Radio Suffolk, and BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. These stations play music and talk shows for everyone to enjoy.

BBC East has been helping people get news and entertainment for many years. It started small in the 1950s and has grown to serve many communities with programs they love.
