Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is a big airport in Texas. It is the main airport for the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas. The airport is about 16 miles from Downtown Dallas and 20 miles from Downtown Fort Worth.

This airport is very important because many people fly there. It is the largest home for American Airlines, which has its office close by. The airport is one of the busiest in the world for people who fly. It helps people travel to many places around the world.

DFW Airport is very big. It covers parts of Dallas and Tarrant counties and has a lot of space. The airport has six terminals where airplanes park and people get on and off. There are many hotels near the airport, like the Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport and the Grand Hyatt DFW.

The airport has many ways to get around. There are highways, trains, and buses. People can use the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Trinity Metro trains to get to the airport. There are also bus services and a place to rent cars.

DFW Airport is always busy. In 2023, it had over 81 million passengers, which is a lot! The airport is always growing and making new plans to welcome even more travelers in the future.
