Developing Countries
Developing countries are places where people are working to build stronger homes, schools, and jobs. These countries often have smaller factories and fewer big businesses than richer places. They are found all around the world, in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and other areas.
Many developing countries face challenges, such as having enough clean drinking water and good sanitation. Sometimes, people there have trouble finding jobs or getting enough food. But there is hope! Groups like the United Nations work hard to help these countries. They have special goals called Sustainable Development Goals to make life better for everyone by the year 2030.
People in developing countries are often very creative and strong. With help and support, these places can grow and thrive. Learning about different countries helps us understand and appreciate the world we live in.
The World Bank helps by grouping countries based on how much money people earn. Some smaller places are called least developed countries, landlocked developing countries, or small island developing states.
Every country, no matter where it is, has its own special story and people.
