The Hebrew University of Jerusalem

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is a big school for learning and discovery in Jerusalem. It is one of the oldest schools in Israel. Many smart people help start this university long ago, including famous scientist Albert Einstein.

The university has many places to learn. It has four big campuses, with the main one on Mount Scopus. Students can study many things, like science, history, and medicine. There are also special schools for Jewish Studies and even how to take care of animals!

Inside the university, there are many libraries full of books. The biggest one is the Jewish National and University Library. It holds millions of books and special collections about Jewish history.

Many important people from around the world studied or worked at the Hebrew University. Four leaders of Israel learned here. Even a famous movie star, Natalie Portman, finished her studies here! The university is proud to have helped smart minds win top prizes, like the Nobel Prize.

The Hebrew University keeps growing and making new discoveries. It helps students from many countries learn and dream big.
