Hove

Hove is a seaside town in East Sussex, England. It is next to the famous city of Brighton. Together, they form the city of Brighton and Hove.

Hove started as a small fishing village with open farmland. In the 1800s, it grew quickly because Brighton became very popular. By the Victorian era, Hove was a full town with its own special status.

The town has many green spaces, like Hove Lawns, a big garden by the sea. It also has sandy beaches where children can play. Old farms once grew crops like oats and vegetables, and sheep still graze in some areas.

Hove is known for its friendly spirit and unique saying, โ€œHove, actually,โ€ which people use to show they live in Hove, not Brighton. The town has parks, sports places, and busy roads that connect it to nearby areas.

Many interesting people have lived in Hove, including famous actors, musicians, and sports stars. The town has a rich history and many places to explore, making it a special part of England.
