iTunes Store

The iTunes Store was a fun place where people could buy music, movies, and TV shows. It started in 2003 by Apple Inc.. You could use it on Mac OS X computers and later on Microsoft Windows computers.

People loved the iTunes Store because it was the first place where they could legally download songs from big music companies. It was made by Steve Jobs, who had a big dream to create a digital marketplace for music.

At first, the iTunes Store only worked on Mac computers, but then it came to Windows computers too. It let people buy songs, albums, music videos, and even ringtones. Later, it also had movies and TV shows. Today, many of these things are found in places like Apple TV and Apple Music.

The iTunes Store was very popular. In its first few days, it sold over a million songs! It helped change the way people listened to music and watch shows. Even though it’s changed a bit over the years, it was a big part of how we enjoy digital entertainment.
