Victoria, Seychelles

Victoria is the capital city of Seychelles. It is on the northeast side of Mahé, the biggest island in the Seychelles. Many people live here—it is home to about one-third of all the people in Seychelles!

The city has a special port called Port Victoria. It is a busy place where people buy and sell things like vanilla, coconuts, and fish. Visitors love to come to Victoria to see beautiful gardens, visit markets full of colorful fruits, and look at old buildings like a clocktower that looks like one in London.

Victoria also has important schools, such as the University of Seychelles. The city has many places where people can learn and grow. It is a lively and interesting place to explore!
