Adapted from Wikipedia · Discoverer experience

Map showing the countries that are part of the Asian Football Confederation, including some ASEAN invitees.

Soccer, also called association football, is played all around the world in many different tournaments and competitions. This list shows past and present competitions for teams from single countries and for teams from many countries together. It also includes competitions that are planned for the future.

The competitions are organized by different groups. The main international group is FIFA. There are also six groups for different parts of the world, called confederations. Each country has its own football organization, called a federation, that runs competitions too.
