Who Are Christians?

Christians are people who follow a religion called Christianity. This religion is based on the life and teachings of a man named Jesus Christ. Christians believe that Jesus is very special and they try to live their lives the way he taught.

Where Do Christians Live?

There are many Christians all around the world. You can find them in places like the Americas, Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. Some countries have many Christians, and in these places, most people are Christian.

Why Do We Know About Christians?

Christians are the largest religious group in the world. The word “Christian” comes from an ancient Greek word that means “follower of Christ.” People have been calling themselves Christians for a very long time. Even in old books, like the New Testament, people were called Christians.

Christians have many different groups, but they all share the belief that Jesus is very important to them. They look up to him as a good example and a guide in their lives.

Christians live in many countries and have helped shape parts of our world, like science and technology, medicine, and art. Even though some Christians face unfair treatment in certain places, many people around the world follow their beliefs peacefully.
